Welcome to Valyrian Motorsports. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site.
Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in CAD.
By placing an order, you agreed that all information provided is accurate and complete. Valyrian Motorsports is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect billing or shipping information.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
• Canada: 2–9 business days
• United States: 4–10 business days
• International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Valyrian Motorsports is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or lost/stolen packages once marked delivered.
International customers are responsible for customs duties or import fees.
Returns And Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at valyrianmoto@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. All items are final sale unless there is a factory defect.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are not refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as Valyrian Motorsports is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, graphics, and content are the property of Valyrian Motorsports and may not be copied or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Valyrian Motorsports, its owners, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from:
• The use or inability to use our website
• The purchase, use, or misuse of our products
• Delays in shipping or delivery
• Errors, interruptions, or technical issues beyond our control
All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Valyrian Motorsports total liability for any claim relating to a product or purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific product.
By purchasing from Valyrian Motorsports, you agree to release and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
